Indonesia’s exports
contracted by a smaller magnitude of 0.7% y-o-y in August, from -16.9 in
July. This was driven by a smaller decline in oil & gas and a rebound in
non-oil & gas exports, due partly to a pick-up in economic activities
after Eid Fitr and school holiday season in July.
