Sentiments soured on Wall Street last Fri ahead of the
informal OPEC member meeting that is scheduled on the sidelines of the
International Energy Forum on 26-28 Sep. According to Algeria energy
minister, Saudi Arabia has mentioned lowering production to Jan levels
ahead of the meeting. Global oil output has seen significant increase in
Aug with large supply coming out of Russia, Libya and Nigeria. Saudi’s
