Today’s trade recap by our trading desk:-

·         Overnight saw a selloff in US treasuries by 7bps on the 10Y while commodity currencies weakened across. MYR broke the 4.10 level traded around 4.1250 level today. As a result, MYR bonds continue to soften to today especially on the front end of the curve coupled with a weak 5Y MGS auction. It closed with a BTC of 1.673x and averaging 3.256, 5bps higher than where WI was quoted the day before. Post auction, the stock was traded around 3.25 levels while volume done for all bonds remains thin.
