GII Inclusion in GBI-EM Index: A New Milestone

Effective from 31 October 2016, GII will be eligible
for inclusion in the GBI-EM Global Diversified bond index with an estimated
weight of 0.62%.

This is a milestone development and will enhance the
visibility of GII to global EM bond investors.
·
We expect the foreign holdings of GII to increase,
the gap of foreign share between MGS and GII to narrow and the GII-MGS spread
to tighten especially for the benchmark 7y GII 7/23 and 10y GII 9/26.
