China’s
economic figures are likely to stabilise in Oct/Nov 2016, given recent
pro-growth policies. Investment and industrial growth will edge up, and
retail sales could be supported by solid automobile sales. Also CPI/PPI will
mildly increase due to low base effect and rising input prices, and trade
figures will gradually rebound given improving numbers in advanced economies
and rising commodity prices. But in a
longer
term, headwinds will remain due to structural problems.
