US equities traded in caution overnight as President Trump
pulled the US out of the trade agreement and signaled a potential
renegotiation with NAFTA “at the appropriate time”. Although the action
was largely symbolic (since the trade pact was not ratified), it is a
show of intent (by the US) to disengage with Asia pacific that left some
investors concern that businesses at home could be affected. Dollar
