EPICENTRE - Offshore Financial Centres Attractive for Islamic Finance

As the Islamic financial industry continues to experience exponential growth, offshore financial centers (OFCs) are keen to market their value for the development of Islamic financial products. OFCs are working towards establishing comprehensive eco-systems to gain competitive advantages over other jurisdictions for Islamic finance. Most OFCs promote the element of low taxes or low costs of doing business to attract international Islamic finance businesses.

INCEIF Shares Islamic Microfinance Know-how with Cambodia
INCEIF had the opportunity to share the experience in developing Islamic micro-financing institutions with an international audience in the capital city of Cambodia. The roundtable provided a platform to discuss issues of interest to investors. It brought together corporate leaders to explore areas of investment, commercial opportunities and collaboration in Islamic microfinance.
