GBP was poised to fall in early Fri trades given the fact
that a Conservative-win was in the price. The kneejerk pullback (towards
the 1.27-figure) was even more exaggerated as labour holds 97 seats,
leading over Conservative’s 75. That is 195 seats declared out of 650
seats. The polls will continue to come in and expect more GBP swings.
Earlier last night, the testimony given by former FBI Director James
Comey did not reveal any major surprises yesterday. Benchmark equity
indices rose...
