We, as the Facility Agent, wish to notify that pursuant to Clause 6.6 of the Subscription Agreement dated 15 April 2013, the Issuer will fully redeem the outstanding Tranche 6 of RM5.0 million nominal value Medium Term Notes issued under the MTN Programme (Stock Code: Tranche 6  UN140042) together with the accrued interest on 3 April 2015.
