RAM Ratings withdraws rating of Toyota Capital’s RM1.2 billion MTN Programme

In conjunction with the set-up of proposed Conventional and Islamic CP/MTN Programme with a combined limit of up to RM2.5 billion in nominal value, Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Toyota Capital or the Company) has requested RAM Ratings to withdraw the rating of the Company’s RM1.2 billion MTN Programme (2008/2018). There was no outstanding amount under the MTN Programme as at the same date. As such, RAM no longer has any rating obligation in respect of the MTN Programme. However, RAM will maintain surveillance on the Company’s RM600 million CP Programme (2012/2017) and proposed Conventional and Islamic CP/MTN Programme with a combined limit of up to RM2.5 billion in nominal value.
