·         Local govvies saw prices soften slightly on a quiet start to the week with little trades done in the secondary market. Sentiment continue to be weak following rising global long-term yields and broader dollar strength. Ringgit was traded 150 pips higher to close around 4.2200 level; while the 10-year US Treasury yield was up 1bp during Asian trading session.
