AKTIF BANK & ITFC
SUPPORT FOR TURKISH EXPORTERS
The agreement for Two Step Murabaha Facility for TL 100 million which will be used for financing Turkish export through joint efforts of Aktif Bank and ITFC was was signed by Aktif Bank CEO Dr. Önder Halisdemir and ITFC CEO Dr. Waleed Al-Wohaib
Thanks to this agreement, the Turkish exporters will benefit through Aktif Bank from the export Murabaha financing provided by Islamic Development Bank subsidiary ITFC and this will provide an additional source for funding their exports.
Aktif Bank CEO Dr. Önder Halisdemir has said the following statement during the signing ceremony; “It gives us great pride to sign this agreement with the esteemed International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation which will provide a competitive edge for the exporters in order to support our national growth and to meet their longer term funding requirements. As Aktif bank, we will continue to develop our strong cooperation with the international financial organsations and to contribute to the national exports by applying innovative finance structures.”
Aktif Bank and ITFC will continue to support the exporters through this cooperation model which is only being implemented with Aktif Bank.
