RAM Ratings has received
confirmation that Projek Lintasan Shah Alam Sdn Bhd (PLSA or the Company) fully
redeemed its RM330 million Sukuk Ijarah on 28 March 2014, ahead of maturity. As
such, we have withdrawn the rating of the said instrument, which was last
reaffirmed at A1/Negative on 31 December 2013, and no longer have any rating
obligation in respect of the facility. In the meantime, the rating of the
Company’s RM415 million Sukuk Mudharabah is maintained at A3/Negative (last
reaffirmed on 31 December 2013).
PLSA is the concessionaire for
the 14.7-km Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam in Selangor, under a concession
agreement that is valid until 31 July 2047.
