Outlook

Indonesia economy is
envisaged to grow at a slightly faster pace of 5.1% in 2016, compared with
+4.8% in 2015 due to a stronger domestic demand. We expect the speed-up in
government and infrastructure spending momentum in 4Q 2015 to be carried
through into 2016. This will likely be aided by a recovery in consumer
spending and the government’s economic stimulus packages to promote business
spending.
