Indonesia’s money supply (M2)
growth edged down to 7.1% y-o-y in April, from +7.4% in March
and +7.2% in February. The moderation was due to a slowdown in domestic operation. This was partly
mitigated by a rebound in net foreign operation, which mainly came from the
issuance of government external debt during the month.
