Emerging East Asian bond yields continued to fall amid a
weak global economy and while the outlook for the region’s bond markets is
generally benign, a number of risks are emerging, including US Federal Reserve
rate hike, broad-based global economic slowdown which could amplify global
financial instability, and deflation, says the Asian Development Bank's latest
