Economic Highlights

Exports inched higher to 2.0% y-o-y in September, from +1.7% in August, and compared with 0.8% in July. This was worse than the median estimate of a 3.4% gain in September, pointing to moderate pace of global economic recovery and partly caused by a higher base effect.
