Today’s trade recap by our trading desk:-

 

·         Headlines today were dominated with news of escalating tensions surrounding North Korea. UST yields which rose initially after a stronger than expected JOLTS data tumbled after Trump threatens “fire & fury” against North Korea. In the local bond space, market traded sideways today with trades focused mostly on the front end of the curve. With prices slowly creeping higher, yields eased by 0.5-1.5bps on the front end of the curve.
