Thailand’s
customs merchandise exports rebounded to register a growth of 3.2% y-o-y in
September, following a sharp decline of 7.4% in August and
compared with -0.9% in July. This was only the third time that exports
expanded this year. However, it remains premature to determine if this is a
sign that the economy has bottomed out.
