Manufacturing
production in Thailand
declined further by 1.3% y-o-y in January, from -0.1% in
December and compared with -3.7% in November. This marked the 22nd straight
month of contraction, highlighting that domestic economic activity is still
struggling to recover despite efforts by the government to boost economic
activities via accelerating government spending.
