registered year-to-date’s second strongest book-to-cover ratio (BTC) of 3.12
times in 2017 supported by local and foreign buying. Average yield 4.045%
with the spread narrowed to 2 basis points 4.03%-4.05%.

watch is the re-opening of 30-year MGS 03/46 in February 2017, the third
re-opening of long term government papers for year 2017.
