Today’s trade recap by our trading desk:-
·         After the long weekend, the week started off very quietly with little the nothing done in the market. Prices were around levels at last week’s close apart from the longer end which soften slightly by 1-2bps while the rest of the curve was unchanged. Traded volume today was very low as well with less RM1bio traded on govvies. Many are staying on the sidelines in view of the upcoming major event risk this week; FOMC and BOJ in the middle of the week.
