Growth of the
broader money supply, M3, picked up to 2.7% y-o-y in February,
from +2.2% in January due to an acceleration in the growth of external
operations. Moving forward, we expect M3 growth to sustain at 4.0%-5.0% in
2016, above +2.7% registered last year, as capital outflows subside.
