NTP Annual Report 2015: Sustained Commendable KPI Achievements The Prime Minister unveiled on 26 April the annual report card on the National Transformation Programme (NTP). The overall achievement rate for its combined 12 National Key Economic Areas (NKEAs) was 109% in 2015, which matched the 110% achieved in 2014 but was higher than the 102% achieved in 2013. This is a commendable result, given the challenges faced by the Government as well as a slower growth of the economy.
