RAM Ratings has received confirmation from the facility
agent that Syarikat Mengurus Air Banjir & Terowong Sdn Bhd (“SMART” or “the
Company”) fully redeemed and cancelled its Medium-Term Notes of up to RM2.055
billion on 30 August 2012. As such, RAM Ratings no longer has any rating
obligation on the debt facility, which had carried a long-term AAA(s) rating,
with a stable outlook.
