Exports moderated
to 15.6% YoY in Dec 2016, led by a slowdown in non-oil and gas exports.
Moving forward, we envisage exports of goods and services to return to a
growth of 6.8% in 2017, from -3.9% in 2016 on:
1. More stable to
modest pick-up in primary commodity prices;
2. Gradual
improvement in world merchandise trade volume.
