Growth of the
broader money supply, M3, moderated to the slowest in at least 18
years of 0.9% y-o-y in March, from +2.7% in February due to decline in
external operations and demand for funds by public sector. Moving forward, we
expect M3 growth to recover to 4.0%-5.0% in 2016, above +2.7% registered
last year, as capital outflows subside.
