“Emerging East Asia’s local currency bond markets continued to expand in 1Q13, reflecting a continuing recovery of the East Asian economy during the first several months of the year, as well a more optimistic investor outlook and improvements in major financial market indicators”, said the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) latest Asia Bond Monitor.
