The verbal warfare between their two Commerce Ministries is weighing on sentiments in Asia this morning. Equity markets are mixed though with the East Asian markets higher, while those in Japan and Southeast Asia are lower. As the USD continues to advance, the CNY is slipping lower after it was fixed at the lowest levels since 2017 at 6.8322 ...
