Today’s trade recap by our trading desk:-
·         Market activity was rather quiet with the yields rising by roughly 3bps on the belly part of the curve. Trading volume was rather light with only few trades being traded on selective stocks. USD opened stronger and UST10y yields rose touching 2.37% high during Asian trading session as there was report that former Fed official Kevin Warsh met with President Trump. Warsh is viewed as hawkish by the market and has been seen as the leading candidate to replace Janet Yellen when her term ends in February.
