· Last week, the SFI increased 0.76%, while the equity market, as measured by the STI, lost 1.49%. · YTD, the SFI has underperformed the STI by 7.06% (5.01% vs. 12.07%). · The increase in the SFI came on the back of a 0.99% and 0.36% rise in the SFI Government Bond Index and SFI Corporate Bond Index respectively. · Sub-indices within the corporate bond segment rose across the board. The SFI Statutory Board Bond Index increased most, adding 0.64% last week. · MTD, the 3-month SIBOR is down 0.12 bps to 1.12283%. YTD, the benchmark is up 15.4bps. · The SGD strengthened against the USD, up 1.201% last week.
