Fixed Income Foreign Flows, Aug 17: Improved foreign interest in MGS

· Emerging market debts reported inflows for the 9th consecutive month with net increase of +USD10.5b in August (Jul: USD8.4b), the IIF estimate.

· In Malaysia, foreign funds turned net buyers on MGS although the overall debt flows was net down MYR0.7b because of some maturity-driven outflows from GII.
