Introducing Labuan FSA's Inaugural eNewsletter Issue

Labuan FSA has published the inaugural issue of its eNewsletter for 2014. This new online quarterly bulletin provides regular updates on current business and investment activities in Labuan IBFC, and seeks to highlight regulatory and operational changes affecting the jurisdiction. In this issue, Labuan FSA features regulatory updates that came into effect on 1 January 2014, including the issuance of new guidelines relating to protected cell companies and securities licensees, and revised guidelines on the establishment of mutual funds as part of the regulator’s initiative to create a more transparent and informed environment.
