This
year, nine multinational companies (MNCs) have committed to set up or expand
their operations in Malaysia, said InvestKL chief executive officer Zainal
Amanshah.

Malaysia
apparently has the best English language speakers in Asia, beating out
Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, China and Kazakhstan - according to a
Singapore-based English Language school.

Kuala
Lumpur has been listed in the top 50 cities for tertiary students to live in.
Malaysia's capital city is ranked 43rd in the annual QS Best Student Cities
Ranking released today, up one place from its position last year. KL also
scored the maximum number of points for affordability, making it the most
affordable city in the world for students.

Kuala
Lumpur's impressive score comes from its winning combination of high quality
shopping, affordable prices and reliable sales, which can stretch for several
months.
