RAM Ratings withdraws ratings of Alliance Financial Group’s CP/MTN programme

RAM Ratings has received confirmation that Alliance Financial Group Berhad (“AFG”) cancelled its RM300 million Commercial Papers/Medium-Term Notes (“CP/MTN”) Programme (2006/2013) on 6 August 2012; there was no outstanding CP or MTN as at the same date. Following the above and as requested by AFG, RAM Ratings has withdrawn the respective long- and-short term ratings of A2 and P1 of AFG’s CP/MTN Programme. As such, we no longer have any rating obligation on the debt facilities.
